About Telos Built
Founder, Ryan Smart and his associate have worked in the construction industry for a combined 15 years.
Ryan has worked in both construction supply chain and Project Management. Building relationships with and managing New Zealand’s most notable Group Home Builders.
Our associate is an award winning interior designer. They have designed projects all over New Zealand, from retail roll outs to large scale office fit outs.
In 2022, Ryan moved to Coromandel, New Zealand and established Telos Built, bringing design and construction expertise to the coastal town of Whitianga.
